I am an English-Arabic bilingual living in Jordan. Ever since my childhood, I have been passionate about learning languages. During my childhood, I was exposed to four languages: English, Arabic, German and French. I am currently working to improve my fifth language: Italian, and have started to learn Turkish.

 

I hold a B.A. in English literature and German, and an M.A. in translation.

It is my belief that learning languages opens doors to new cultures and new ways of thinking.  It also allows us to approach issues from multiple angles. Through my website, I hope to inspire others to learn languages more efficiently.

 

My podcast, Learn Arabic with Ease, aims at helping pre-intermediate to advanced learners of colloquial Arabic to improve their listening and speaking skills, and expand their vocabulary. It offers interesting listening material on various topics.  It is currently available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
