Online Resources

Updated: May 29, 2022

A teacher can only guide you in the learning process. This is especially true when it comes to languages. Learning a language requires an honest decision on your part to commit to continuous exposure to the language. This inevitably means you need to listen to material that you find interesting as often as possible. It also means you need to attempt to actively use the language by writing and speaking.

Luckily, nowadays it is much easier to find online material that aids us tremendously in learning a language.

Here are my favourite online resources for learning languages:

  1. Easy Languages: YouTube videos of natural conversations that involve asking people on the streets about their personal experiences and opinions on a wide range of topics (for almost any language!)

  2. for German: - Dein Sprachcoach: Learn German at all levels with Maria! (YouTube)

  3. for French: - InnerFrench: Learn French at the intermediate level with Hugo! (YouTube). Also: Français Authentique (YouTube)

  4. for Italian: - Italiano Automatico: Learn Italian at the intermediate level with Albi!
